As a 501(c)3 tax exempt nonprofit, the Iowa European Cultural Connection (IECC) relies on events to support its operating costs, to execute its mission and to produce its signature event, Christkindlmarket Des Moines.

IECC provides volunteers with the platform to express their cultural interests. Our programs allow volunteers to share their passion for European culture, cuisine, music and traditions with the Greater Des Moines community.
Description:
Create and execute mission-driven programming and fundraisers
Responsibilities:
1. Create slate of annual programs for board approval
2. Budgeting, planning, marketing, staffing programs
3. Partnering with community engagement for staff resources
Time commitment = 1-15 hours/month
